PRIVACY POLICY

 I. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Privacy Policy”) has been prepared by “189 Courier” Limited Liability Company (TIN: 1006864101), the owner of the “189 Courier” mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “application”), which is registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Privacy Policy establishes the rules for the collection, processing, and protection of personal data of couriers using the application (hereinafter also referred to as “subjects”) in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Privacy Policy:

• Describes what information is collected, processed, and protected regarding the subjects;
• Lists the rights of the subjects.

“189 Courier” LLC, as the owner of the application, ensures that the Privacy Policy is accessible to everyone, especially the subjects, by placing its content in the application.

II. COLLECTED INFORMATION

The general information collected includes:

• Name, surname, patronymic, email address, phone number, place of residence;
• Courier's geolocation data, including the geolocation data of the route determined within the scope of the order (GPS data);
• Information about the vehicle, including the state registration number;
• Documents related to the subject, including identification document, courier's license (if he/she is also a driver), photograph, and similar information;
• Communication and correspondence data, such as the date and time of correspondence and its content when the subject sends or receives messages through the in-app messaging section.

III. USE OF INFORMATION

The collected personal data is used for the following purposes:

• Measuring and increasing the level of service;
• Providing necessary information to Users of the services;
• Preventing potential negative incidents during the provision of services;
• Determining the correct resolution of already occurred negative incidents.

“189 Courier” LLC also collects GPS data from the courier-driver via application to show and transmit the location of the Courier to the Users during the providing the services.

IV. TRANSFER OF INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES

The collected personal data may be transferred to Users of the services and to institutions, enterprises, organizations, their officials, and other persons in cases determined by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

V. PROTECTION OF INFORMATION

The collected personal data is protected in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

VI. RIGHTS OF SUBJECTS

Subjects whose personal data is collected have the following rights:

• To be informed about the existence, collection, processing, and protection of their personal data in the application;
• To demand the legal justification for the collection, processing, and transfer of their personal data to third parties and to be informed about the legal consequences of such actions;
• To familiarize themselves with the content of the personal data collected about them;
• To know the circle of persons authorized to access the personal data collected about them;
• To request the clarification of the collected and processed personal data and their archiving in a prescribed manner;
• To prohibit the collection and processing of their personal data;
• To demand the protection of the collected and processed personal data about them;
• To exercise other rights determined by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

“189 Courier” LLC, as the owner of the application, ensures that the rights of the subjects are provided and that they can freely exercise their rights.

VII. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

Changes may be made to the Privacy Policy. “189 Courier” LLC, as the owner of the application, is obliged to inform the subjects about any changes made.

VIII. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes that may arise during the implementation of the Privacy Policy are resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
